Ten of our Cambodian scholarship students studying film production at Im Kwon Taek college of film and performing arts, Dongseo University, Busan S. Korea. They are preparing for their summer break short film project for Pioneer Cinema Institute a division of Summit Foundation.

All it takes is a heart. The youth leadership students from Hun Sen Sereypheap High school (Kandal province) – Hun Sen Takmao High school(Kandal province) – Jeyvarakman Ti 7 High school (Kandal province) – Hun Sen Angsnoul High school (Kandal province) – Hun Sen Thnal Torteng (Kandal province) – Serey Sophorn High school (Banteay Meanchey province) – Somdach Ouv High school (Banteay Meanchey province) joined in to donate their old toys, clothes, school supplies, and other things to less fortunate children at an elementary school in Kandal province. We wanted to teach the youth you don’t have to be rich to help all it takes is a HEART.
Thanks to our devoted staffs such as Soum Molly, Sokh Sophorn, Dieng Nget,Mao Makara, Dan Ven, Sokdim Sar, Keo Sreypin, Sean Vuthy, Sean Vuthy, Po Phalla, teachers and staffs from all schools, volunteers and our children at the SF children center for making this program a great success.

Our scholarship students with our children joined the youth leadership students to plant trees. Educating the younger generation the important of taking care of the environment. This is a great way of getting everyone involve and it’s what the 6th habit is all about, SYNERGIZE.

A group of graduated youth leadership training students formed their own group call “Tnot Khmer” conducted a day where they taught about 200 children the important of keeping clean and the proper way of washing hands to prevent diseases. The group was led by our outstanding staff Mao Makara. 160 backpacks were given to the children sewn by a group of disable ladies and all materials use for the backpacks are made in Cambodia. A great way to keep the economy in Cambodia spinning.
